Terms of Service

Last updated: November 8, 2026

These terms apply to LabelPrint Web at app.labelprintapp.com, the LabelPrint apps for Mac and iPhone, and this website.

Who we are

LabelPrint is made and run by BOMOGE.PL Adrian Górak, Sielanka 2/2, 85-073 Bydgoszcz, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9671481712 (“we”, “us”). You can write to us at contact@labelprintapp.com.

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using LabelPrint. You accept them when you create an account or buy a plan. If you use LabelPrint for a business, you accept them for that business as well.

What LabelPrint is

LabelPrint crops shipping labels out of carrier and marketplace PDFs, designs labels of your own and prints them. It comes in two forms:

  • LabelPrint Web, which runs in a web browser at app.labelprintapp.com, on Windows, a Mac or any other computer;
  • the LabelPrint apps for Mac and iPhone, downloaded from Apple’s App Store.

The free tools on this website, such as the label cropper, need no account and keep your files in your browser.

Your account

On the web you can crop and design without an account. An account is needed for a paid plan, for a team and for keeping your labels, presets and designs in the cloud.

You sign in with a one-time code we send to your email address or, where the sign-in window offers them, with your Google or Apple account. There is no password.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Keep control of the email address you sign in with: whoever can read its mail can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

An account is for one person. To give several people access, use a Team plan rather than a shared account.

Plans and prices on the web

LabelPrint Web has a free plan and two subscriptions. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT or sales tax where it applies: the price shown is the price you pay. The pricing page lists them with what each plan includes.

  • Free: cropping, designing and presets, and up to 5 labels a day printed or downloaded. No payment and no time limit.
  • Unlimited: $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, for one person. No daily limit; PDFs of your designs, labels from a CSV file and numbered series; if you turn it on, the PDFs you add to Print kept in the cloud for 30 days.
  • Team: $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year, for 5 people including the owner, each with everything in Unlimited, sharing the team’s labels, presets and designs. Each extra person costs $2.99 a month per person, billed monthly even with a yearly Team.

There is no free trial on the web unless the checkout page says otherwise. Lifetime is not sold on the web: it is an App Store purchase, for the Mac and iPhone apps only (see “Purchases in the App Store”).

Who sells the web subscriptions

Web subscriptions are sold by Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of the subscription: it takes the payment, charges and pays the VAT or sales tax, issues your invoice and handles refunds and chargebacks. Your card or bank statement shows Creem’s name. Creem’s own terms apply to the payment.

We provide LabelPrint itself. Questions about how it works, and requests for a refund, come to us first: see the Refund Policy.

Subscriptions: renewal, cancelling and changes

A subscription is paid in advance for a month or a year. It renews automatically at the end of each period, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel it.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time. In LabelPrint Web, open the profile menu, choose Billing and then Manage Subscription, which takes you to Creem’s customer portal; or sign in on Creem’s order page with the email address you paid with. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account returns to Free. Cancelling does not refund the current period by itself; refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Upgrading. A move from Unlimited to Team takes effect at once: Creem charges the difference for the rest of the current billing period, and the subscription then renews at the Team price. LabelPrint asks you to confirm before anything is charged. To switch between monthly and yearly billing, cancel the subscription and subscribe again once the period you have paid for has ended. LabelPrint doesn’t start a second subscription to a plan you already pay for, so the two never run, or bill, at the same time.

Extra people in a team are a separate subscription, bought from the team window and managed, like the Team plan, in Creem’s customer portal.

Failed payments. If a renewal can’t be charged, Creem may try again. If it stays unpaid, the plan ends and the account returns to Free.

Price changes. We may change the price of a subscription. A new price applies to an existing subscription only from a renewal at least 30 days after we have told you about it by email, so you can cancel before it applies.

Purchases in the App Store

The LabelPrint apps for Mac and iPhone come from the App Store. Unlimited, Team and Lifetime bought in the apps are sold by Apple and governed by Apple’s terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple handles their payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds: you manage them in your Apple Account. These terms apply to the apps alongside Apple’s; where they differ for an App Store purchase, Apple’s terms prevail.

Lifetime is sold only in the App Store and unlocks the apps, not LabelPrint Web. Purchases in the App Store and on the web are separate: a web subscription doesn’t unlock the apps, and an App Store purchase doesn’t unlock LabelPrint Web.

Teams

A team is created when someone subscribes to Team, and that person is its owner. The plan covers 5 people including the owner; the owner can add more at the extra-person price.

The owner invites people by email or with a link, removes them, renames the team and pays for it. The owner is responsible for whom they invite and for the team’s use of LabelPrint under these terms.

While the Team plan is paid, each person in the team has everything in Unlimited. Everyone in a team can see and edit the team’s labels, presets and designs, and can see the names and email addresses of the team’s other people.

A person who is removed from a team, or who leaves it, loses access to the team’s labels, presets and designs and to the plan the team gave them. What they made in the team stays with the team.

If the Team subscription ends, the people in the team lose Unlimited, which the plan gave them, but keep access to the team’s labels, presets and designs. Nothing in the team is deleted, and Unlimited comes back for everyone if the owner subscribes again.

If the owner deletes their account, the team is deleted with everything in it, and its people lose their places.

Your content and the cloud

The labels, designs, presets, pictures and PDFs you use in LabelPrint are yours. You allow us to store, copy and process them only as far as we need to run LabelPrint for you and, in a team, for its people. You must have the right to use what you put on a label, such as logos, pictures and text.

When you are signed in, your labels, presets, folders and custom sizes are kept in the cloud and appear on every computer you sign in on. Each time a design changes, its previous version is kept for 30 days, as is a version that an edit from another device replaced. Labels and presets you delete are removed for good after 30 days.

The PDFs you add to Print stay in your browser unless you turn on Keep labels in the cloud (Unlimited and Team). Then the PDFs and how you cropped them are kept for 30 days and removed automatically.

LabelPrint is not a backup service: keep your own copies of the shipping-label PDFs, and of anything else you can’t do without.

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use LabelPrint lawfully, for your own labels or your team’s. In particular, do not:

  • make labels meant to deceive, such as forged shipping labels or postage, counterfeit product labels, or labels that infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright;
  • upload anything unlawful, or anything that contains malware;
  • try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or to test, overload or get around the service’s security or limits, including the free plan’s daily limit;
  • resell LabelPrint, or share one account among several people;
  • copy, decompile or reverse-engineer LabelPrint, except where the law allows it.

If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it. We tell you first and give you a chance to put things right, unless the law, a serious risk to others or the security of the service does not allow it.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in LabelPrint Web under Settings › Account › Delete Account, or by writing to us. Deleting it removes your account and your labels, presets and files.

A web subscription is cancelled at once when you delete the account, and what is left of its paid period is lost. If you want a refund, ask for it before you delete the account (see the Refund Policy).

If you own a team, the team is deleted too, with its labels, presets and designs, and its people lose their places.

Deleting the account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought in the App Store: cancel that in your Apple Account.

Changes to LabelPrint and ending the service

We keep improving LabelPrint and may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away a main feature of a plan you pay for, we tell you in advance; you may then cancel, and we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.

We may stop offering LabelPrint Web. If we do, we tell everyone with a paid subscription by email at least 90 days before it stops, and refund the unused part of any period paid in advance that runs past that date.

We may interrupt the service briefly for maintenance, or to deal with an outage or a security problem.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when LabelPrint or the law changes. For changes that matter, we tell you by email or in LabelPrint at least 30 days before they apply. If you don’t accept a change, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account before it applies. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.

Warranty and liability

We work to keep LabelPrint available and its results correct, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Check a label before you send a parcel with it: that it is the right size and that its barcode scans.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, a missed shipment or a carrier’s fee, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for LabelPrint in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every right the law gives you, including your statutory rights when a digital service does not conform to the contract.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, and you may bring a claim before the courts where you live.

If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are solved quickly that way. If you are a consumer, you may also use out-of-court ways of settling a complaint, such as the consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) in Poland or the consumer bodies of your own country.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
