Free to download, with 5 labels a day. Unlimited is $7.99 a month, $59.99 a year or $99.99 once as Lifetime, and Team is $14.99 a month for 5 people — bought in the app through the App Store, where the subscriptions start with two weeks free.
Purchases in the App Store and on the web are separate: a web subscription doesn’t unlock the apps, and Lifetime doesn’t unlock LabelPrint Web.
Yes. In LabelPrint Web, open the profile menu, choose Billing and then Manage Subscription: Creem’s customer portal opens, where you cancel. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Creem, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Creem takes the payment, handles VAT or sales tax and sends the invoice, and its name is the one on your card statement. LabelPrint itself is made by BOMOGE.PL Adrian Górak.
Yes. Within 14 days of buying a web subscription you get the whole payment back, whatever the reason: write to contact@labelprintapp.com. After that, a payment is refunded when something went wrong, as the Refund Policy explains. App Store purchases are refunded by Apple.
Yes: 5 labels a day, printed or downloaded, with no card and no end date. The free label cropper on this website needs no account at all.
No. LabelPrint Web and the App Store apps are bought separately. Lifetime is sold only in the App Store and unlocks the apps, not LabelPrint Web.
Yes. The price shown is the total you pay; Creem works out the VAT or sales tax for your country and pays it out of that amount. Your bank may convert dollars into your own currency.
Team includes 5 people, the owner among them. The owner adds more from the team window, at $2.99 a month each, billed monthly even with a yearly Team.
