Refund Policy

Last updated: November 8, 2026

This policy applies to LabelPrint Web subscriptions and says where App Store purchases are refunded. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Who refunds what

Web subscriptions — Unlimited, Team and extra people in a team, bought at app.labelprintapp.com — are sold by Creem, our Merchant of Record. We decide refunds under this policy, and Creem pays them back to the card or account you paid with.

App Store purchases — Unlimited, Team and Lifetime in the Mac and iPhone apps — are sold by Apple, and only Apple can refund them (see the last section).

The 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days from the day you buy a web subscription to withdraw from it without giving a reason.

A web subscription is a digital service that starts as soon as the payment goes through, because you ask for it to start straight away. When that happens, the law lets a seller keep payment for the part of the service you had before you withdrew. We don’t: if you withdraw within 14 days of buying a web subscription, you get the whole payment back.

We give the same 14 days to everyone, wherever you live.

To withdraw, tell us within the 14 days, for example by email as described below; a short statement that you withdraw from the subscription is enough. The plan ends when the refund is made.

Renewals and other refunds

After those 14 days you can still cancel at any time, and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for. A payment for a period that has already begun is not refunded, except:

  • when you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged by mistake: we refund the wrong payment in full;
  • when LabelPrint has a fault we can’t fix within a reasonable time: we refund what you paid for the time it did not work as described;
  • when we stop offering LabelPrint Web or take away a main feature of your plan: we refund the unused part of the period paid in advance, as the Terms of Service say;
  • whenever the law requires a refund.

How to ask for a refund

Write to contact@labelprintapp.com from the email address of your LabelPrint account, or tell us the address you paid with. Say which payment it is — its date and amount, or the order number on Creem’s receipt — and, unless you are withdrawing within the 14 days, why you are asking.

We answer within 3 business days. An approved refund is paid through Creem to the payment method you used; when it reaches your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

If we haven’t replied within 7 days, you can also contact Creem through its contact page, or find your order on Creem’s order page with the email address you paid with.

When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for is cancelled and the plan ends. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, please tell us as well: we can usually sort it out sooner.

Purchases in the App Store

Unlimited, Team and Lifetime bought in the Mac or iPhone app are charged by Apple. We can’t see or refund those payments. Ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple Account, under Subscriptions.
